Dropping like flies

Okay, Number Two Son is feeling much better. That's the good news. However, Hubby, Number One Son and Number Three Son are now down and out with this stomach bug thing. So, I guess it's only time til I get it too. There's nothing like taking care of a house full of sickies, knowing that the clock is ticking on your intestinal well-being as well. Gah.

Oh, my sympathies go out to you. Yuck. At least you're getting this over with before Christmas! Hang in there, stay strong, and make up your mind that YOU'RE not going to succumb. (Somebody's gotta hold things together!)

I managed to stay well during the Swine Flu in the house her, so I am sending healthy vibes your way! i hope at least by the time it hits you hubby is ok so you can actually be sick and lay around instead of "momming" while sick!

Just came across your blog..love it! Gotta find time to sit down and read, read, read.
Sorry to hear y'all are so sick there. Hopefully, all will be done with it before the holidays.

Best of luck Jo.

These bugs travel rear end to mouth via particles on hands, food and surfaces. Best practice is to go overboard on sanitation and rigorously enforce hand washing. (Takes of army medic hat.)

Best of luck on avoiding the tummy troubles.

Oh, no, that's terrable!
Our house is fillied with sickies too!
All ten of us have colds, and a cough. Noth near as bad as stomach flue though!
Maybe, maybe it'll pass by without hitting yout too.
Hoping everyone feel better very soon.

Blessings,
Karis

Thanks to all of you for your well wishes! I did end up getting sick, but it didn't hit me the same as everyone else. For me it was (is) more of a cramp/fever/general ick sick that has lasted several days. For everyone else it was more intense, but over and done with in 36 hours.

But I am on the mend. Thanks again!

Glad you're feeling better, sis. I'm looking forward to hanging with you over the holidays. Bethany should be way better by then too. I supppose that none of us should be near Mom if we are feeling at all ill. What do you think?

Hi Karen -- Yes, no one should be near Mom if we are feeling ill. Hopefully we will all be over what we've been under by then. See you soon!
