That is a pretty decent amount of shellers! I always dread seeing the low result of shellers compared to snap or snow peas, BUT the shellers freeze so well and taste so much better than the podded kind from the freezer! Good job!
An excellent pea harvest.
I don't care HOW much work shell peas are. Fresh frozen in the winter they can't be beat!
I wish we had that large of a pea harvest this year! Enjoy the fruits (peas!) of your labors!
